Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 1-2 work days if the goods are in stock. Otherwise, it is about 45 days, if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes. About our available products within 10 dollars, please provide your Express account, we could send 1-2 pcs samples to you in 1-2 working days. About your customized sample, please send the actual product to us, we will spend about 5 working days to make the sample for you according to your actual product. You need to pay the cost of our sample and the Express cost.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Sample payment and order payment<=10,000USD, 100% T/T in advance. Order Payment>=10,000USD, 50% T/T in advance , balance 10 days before shippment.
